How homepage promotion works
Creator Spotlight is a paid, scheduled homepage placement for professionals with a Pro Directory portfolio — photographers, videographers, interior and exterior designers, gardeners, pavers, and anyone else whose work sells itself visually.
How it works
- Build your card: a face photo, a short description (profession, years in business, achievements, how to reach you), and a few images from your portfolio.
- Preview the exact card that will appear on the homepage before paying anything.
- Pay the placement fee — you're added to the queue.
- You'll get an email confirming your exact dates as soon as you're scheduled.
- When your turn arrives, your card appears on the homepage for the full run. You'll get another email when it ends.
Pricing & scheduling
- $25 per 30-day placement.
- 3 homepage spots run concurrently — the queue fills whichever spot opens soonest.
- Placements are scheduled back-to-back, first paid, first scheduled.
Equal terms for everyone
Every professional — including Across Bay Realty's own team — queues and pays the same way. There is no preferential placement.
